Privacy Policy

Hajari Pagaar is an attendance and payroll management application provided by EverestPrime. This policy explains what information the app may process, why it is used, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion.

1. Information we may process

• Account information: information needed to create and manage an account, such as email address and authentication identifiers.
• Employee and organization information: information entered by an employer or employee for attendance, employee management, leave, payroll, and related business functions, such as name, mobile number, designation, department, joining details, salary-related information, and attendance records.
• Attendance/location information: when a feature requires it and permission is granted, the app may process device location information to support attendance or location-based features.
• Photos/media: where a feature allows photo capture or selection, the app may access media selected by the user for that feature.
• Technical information: authentication, security, diagnostic, and service-operation information needed to provide and protect the app.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide authentication, attendance tracking, employee and organization management, leave management, payroll-related features, notifications, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

3. Service providers

Hajari Pagaar uses third-party infrastructure and services to provide core functionality, including Firebase services for authentication and application data, and Cloudflare infrastructure for selected account-management operations. These providers process information only as needed for the services they provide.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, or disclosed where required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, or security requirements.

5. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and business data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the service. When account deletion is completed, associated data is deleted from the deletion process described by the app except information that must be retained by law or for legitimate security/legal purposes for the required period.

7. Account deletion

You can request permanent account deletion from inside the Hajari Pagaar app using the Delete Account function. You can also use the public deletion page at Delete Account when you cannot access the app.

8. Children

Hajari Pagaar is intended for business and workforce-management use and is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
